Carman's communication with the customer is excellent. Updates by e-mail and text allowed me to know how my car was progressing through the entire process. Whenever I called the office I spoke with either Renee or Brittany and both were always very helpful and knowledgeable as to my vehicle. Mario personally explained my repairs and called me directly to give me information. This is my second time in a year having my car repaired at Carman and I appreciate all the ways they are able to make a bad situation (car accident) less stressful for the customer. In some businesses one person stands out as making a huge difference in your experience but at Carman ALL the employees I dealt with provided outstanding service. Thank you all!

The repairs of our vehicle were done nicely, however, we received a message that our car was being detailed after repair, yet when we received our car back, there was still broken glass all over the drivers side of the car including the door.

Your team from Mario to Renee to Margaret to your other Saturday receptionist and leading repairmen who stayed late to get the final work complete so I could leave with my car. My wife's brand new van was hit from the side 3 months after purchase and required significant repairs to the entire driver side of the vehicle. The vehicle ended up being in the shop quite a while, but the service writer Mike did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the process. All of the staff I have dealt with has been very polite and willing to help. When it finally came time to pick up the van, there were a few minor details I wasn't completly happy with. However, Mike and his manager Greg were very helpful and corrected everything quickly. Given the amount of work the vehicle needed, I am very happy with the end result and the service provided.
