Great work and done in a short period of time

I absolutely love the professional experience every time I bring my car into Carman for repairs. The staff is friendly, informative and polite and I am always satisfied with the level of expertise I find with the repairs on my car. Thank you. Job well done. If there was one glitch this time it was that I had no advance notice that my car was ready for pick up. In the past I receive e-mails keeping me updated on my car repairs. I didn't get any this time. It just so happened I called with a question and was told my car was ready to be picked up. I had to reschedule an appointment I had for this afternoon in order to pick up the car. So, other than that I was completely satisfied. Sincerely, Deb Deveney

Everyone was very polite and helpful. Mike was great!

The people were lovely and super courteous. The work looks wonderful - Like a new car - Also, nice and clean! My only complaint is the communication. On the morning of my anticipated pick-up, a message came saying that we were on target for pick up that afternoon. I called before leaving to pick up the car, only to be told that it would be a few more days. I checked back several more times, and eventually spoke with Guy, who advised the car would be ready for pick up on the 15th at 5:00. He explained that a representative was out on maternity leave, and so communication had been dropped.I have no problem with the timeline, but resent having no information and needing to call several times to find out the car's status. If a person is going on maternity leave, there should be provision to cover her cases, with arrangements made ahead of her leave. We have worked with Carman for years, and this if the first such communication gap we have encountered. Otherwise, we are very happy! Kitty L

This is not my first time here as I have been here with my daughter & her car. Friendly staff who know what there are doing as well as updates via text is awesome as I can not take calls at my job. Truly professional employees here.

I had to wait 25 minutes to pickup my car after I stopped at your collision center. Your representative was **** with a another customer who had a complaint. You should have more then one person bringing finished cars to front for pickup.
