My car was supposed to be finished in 4 days. I dropped it
it off on 4/4/17. I just picked my car up today 5/23/17. Mo one was giving me updates on my vehicle until I called & complained last week.
I'm very dissatisfied with the service rendered. I have rental car fees which I feel should be handled by Carman Ford because of the length of time they've held on to my vehicle. They didn't communicate with the adjuster
When they found more damages, they didn't notify the insurance
Company, I had to notify them. I'm totally disgusted with
Carman Ford collision!! The manager, Guy Belvedorie says all he can do is go through the paperwork and offer me something such as a full detail on the car!! Really??!!! I've been inconvenienced for almost 2 month!!! I will never do business with Carman Ford again!!!!

When I arrived home yesterday evening I noticed that the right side exhaust pipe is back under the bumper about 2" more then the left side. I'll be visiting the site first thing this morning to get this addressed.
