Agent did not judge me for the repairs I needed done - walked me through everything step by step and answered any and all questions. Agent made herself, the shop, and whoever else available to me if I should have questions in between dropping off my car and pick up. Although, the agent was very thorough, so I ended up not needing that information - however it was great to know it was available.
