The body work done on my car was excellent , very happy with that part but there's still something wrong with it , making a rattling noise that I told them about , not fixed !!!! Also the customer service **** !!!! Beside the Geico Agent who was nice and helpful , the rest were rude and I feel like any question I asked them was a bother almost rushing me off phone or rushing me out the office !!!! Sorry I can't recall the Geico lady's name but she was nice !!!! Not happy with how my car is running and I don't know what to do about it !!!! I was told to take it to a dealership and have them look it over , I don't feel like I should have to do that , very disappointed

Krista was very helpful; she took care of everything for me. She made all the arrangements to have my car fixed. I liked that they sent me text messages with updates about my car and that they did a great job. My car looks "pretty" again! Thanks to all who worked on my car. You have a very satisfied customer!

Absolutely satisfied have had work done there several times, customer service is outstanding. Collision Center takes time with repairs making sure vehicle is 100 percent when returned to customers. 10 plus stars to Carman Collision Center

Items moved inside of car with no apparent reason for car to be entered, specifically back seat. Also, damage on rear quarter panel was mentioned to both insurance co and adjuster and not addressed or fixed.
