I have emailed my insurance company on what awesome service we received in comparison to Brandywine where we had repairs before. I told them there is no comparison when it came to customer service and since you are on their list of approved repair shops they should know how happy I was with the service. I was very surprised by the email updates and this is something that shows your company cares. I have already started spreading the word on how pleased I am and will be sure to recommend Carman to anyone who wants a good place for service.
