When a part was order I was quoted one price but when the part came in it was 70.00 more than quoted. The manager fixed the issue and gave me the price quoted. He went out of his way to make my experience a rememberable one.

The outter repairs were done beautifully. The car looks gorgeous. However, when I dropped my car off, I gave the man in charge of my repairs a checklist of things that needed to be fixed on my car. My list was not double checked before my car was returned to me and 2 out of the 5 damages were not fixed. Granted, they were minor in comparison to the front end damage my vehicle sustained; however, I didn't feel like I was fully listened to. I now have to set aside more time, gas, and toll money to get the repairs done that I already made them aware of in the beginning.
