I was very satisfied with everything except The final car wash, wheel rims were dirty and car was left out over night in snow with new convertible top.

I was pleased with every staff interaction throughout the entire process, the guy from the body shop even replaced a chrome fixture I had on my car. My service was outstanding, Thanks again

My husband and I were recently in an accident and Carman Collision was great in repairing the damage our car had. They were timely and professional. Overall we are very grateful for what Carnan did!

Too many issues to list but creakibg noise still in front end and deer flesh and hair still in between tire and rim. Jose I feel is incompetent. Slow service. Told him about creaking noise and showed him hair and flesh first thing when I dropped it off. Reporting horrible service and experience with service to State Farm. Expect Carman to correct creaking noise and hair situation and provide transportation. If not will contact my attorney.

Air coming threw door the door and door post had a gap in it when the door is closed. I have a call back into the body shop waiting to follow up

You did an amazing job putting my car back together considering my car is only two years old!!!!! Looks amazing! I do have to bring my car back as I noticed halfway home looking through my rearview mirror the back part of my ceiling needs to be snapped back in place. Thank you Carman for taking great care in my car as I take great pride and respect with my vehicle despite the odds we all face daily!!!

Well I really would like to talk to a manager about the person at the front desk I've called and she couldn't find my name or my paperwork and I tried to make an appointment she couldn't figure out how to do that when I went in there again she said that I didn't have an appointment but I did call make an appointment and then I called and changed the appointment and then she decided that she wanted to start a confrontation with me stating I didn't make an appoint change the appointment I'm sorry I did not get her name but as in over all the body work the mirror the turn signal all that I am happy about it I have no complaints about the actual service it seemed to me the only person there that knew what was going on was a young skinny black woman that could answer every and any question I had so I'm sorry I did not get names if you have any questions or would like to speak to me directly my cell phone number is ****-****-xxxx and have a nice day

Wood panel on inside of car door looks like it was cut and chipped. Not very professional looking.There was also a chip of paint taken off trim around window.

Wow! I love that you don’t even know I haven’t even taken possession of my truck yet. I was called on Friday afternoon around 4:30 and was told the truck was ready, I told two people I would be there on Saturday to pick it up... did anyone have the courtesy to tell me you closed at 12:00? No, but why would you I had to call several times to find out what was going on with my truck. When I did finally get there on Monday the truck was covered in what I assume is body dust, not on the outside but inside, my battery was dead and my fog light was filled with water & wasn’t before needless to say it was not done to my satisfaction.
