This was the first time in my life that I put my car in shop to be fixed and it was not cleaned. The glass was cleaned out of the car so someone took the time to do that but did not detail my car. I’m 47 years old and I have had many cars and I also lived in Delaware my whole life all of dealerships cleaned my car when I had had it serviced. However the work that was done on the body of the car looks good!

Love the shuttle service. On time and driver was nice. Repair looks good but I can’t comment on the quality as I only had it back for a day. They dealt with insurance company efficiently. Overall good experience.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the facility within 15 mins of arrival. The repairs to my car were beyond what I expected. The collision shop did a great job.the geico and the enterprise representatives were very helpful and answered all questions I had. Overall all I'm glad that I selected this shop to do the repairs to my car. I will definitely refer others to this shop. I just want to thank the entire staff for their services.

Car was covered with dust in interior of vehicle, there are several new dents and or scratches on my vehicle, right rear window was not put back properly, passenger proximity entry is non functional, bondo or some other material on interior of vehicle , aftermarket stereo was tampered with by employees. Everything has been addressed by management and hopefully will be properly resolved soon.

I was satisfied with everything extremely except for the fact that when i picked up my vehicle they did no curtosy detail. There was dirt n dust from the workers on my front and back seat where my children sit in the back, some sort of yellow dust left. Also still dirt on the drivers side floor. Anywhere else i have taken my car they always returned it clean on the inside as well as the outside. Besides that i am satisfied with the service and the time it took to repair my vehicle was amazing.

Not a big complaint, but I would kinda sorta maybe have preferred it if the repair crew had put the stuff from my trunk back where it came from.
It was a tad inconvenient to move all that stuff.
