Excellent repair service with better than average communication and update of progress of repairs. Dissapointed that the repair time was much longer than forecast, but I was more than pleased with the final result of the repairs. I hope I won't need your services again, but rest assured that if I require auto repair service again, I will return to ABRA. I'm a very satisfied customer.

**** and Helam (sp? sorry) were helpful and professional throughout. I really appreciated their updates; sometimes with these things it's like your car goes into a black hole and you never know what is going on or when it'll be finished. Here though, I was apprised of status every step of the way and the car was finished on time and it looks fantastic. Hopefully I won't need auto body work ever again, but if I do, I'll be back at Abra.

The repairs were estimated to be done in approximately 2 weeks but ended up taking 5 ****/2 weeks. The staff were nice but there were communication gaps and it was difficult to get a clear date for completion until the district manager got involved. There was a snag with the insurance company at one point but once that was resolved the car repair took an additional 3 weeks or so. The repair itself looks very good but the process was very frustrating as a customer.

Battery dead upon pick up. Flaws (fish eyes) in paint Window controls not reinstalled properly. Windows will not roll up or down from driver door control panel. Marks and flaws from where the doors were taped although I was told trim would be removed. I was told other companies would only tape but they would remove. The over all work of where the majority of the damage was looks well done but the detail work is not up to par.

I have not received car. Car was sent back to Kennesaw location received call on 7 September thar car was ready. Received another call about an hour later stating that the emblems were not on car so long could get car Saturday 8 October. Sowed up about 11AM checked car and emblems were still missing. Also noticed that quaterpanel and bumper were not flush. Still waiting for car 12 October
