The car looks brand new. You did an awesome job cleaning it. I liked receiving updates by text. I would suggest re-wording them to be a little less cutesy and perhaps including a few more details (for example, one text said the work was on schedule but none of the texts ever included an estimated completion date). I did receive phone calls with updates as well.
