Customer service was great; the gateway to the business. The work was completed in a timely manner. The insurance company was updated on the progress, and the car rental was in sync with Abra Collison. I truly appreciate your expertise and efficiency. Your name will be at the top of my list when a referral is required. Thank you.

Everything went very smooth and the job was well done. The manager, Nate, went out of his way and personally drove to the Kia dealership to retrieve a part rather than wait for a delivery to finish my car early and in time for the weekend.

I appreciated the customer service from my initial contact with ABRA. I was able to get my car in there and serviced by the end of the week. The finished product was AMAZING! My car looked brand new and not in an accident.

My car was wrecked in Atlanta and I go to school in Winston-Salem. USAA had my car towed to Abra. My initial dealings with Abra were great. They updated me and told me my car would be ready around the 11th or 12th of October. When that week came, I called and they said, well definitely by the 15th to be safe. So I booked (and paid for) a flight to Atlanta on Sunday so that I could be there first thing Monday and get back to school. Friday at 6p.m. someone called and said that the airbag was put in upside down and they couldn't promise it on Monday. Then someone else called and said something about a part they needed. After relaying that I would have to take of school on Monday and that I really needed my car, they said they would have someone in on Monday first thing. So I took my flight to Atlanta. On Monday morning they told me the person wouldn't be there until noon, then it was three, but that the work would take 2 hours and I could have it in time to drive home (so now I've only missed one day of classes). There was some more back and forth and I really felt like I was being jerked around. At 4:30 on Monday I received a call saying that they would give me a loaner so I could go back to Winston-Salem because the car needs a part for the back up camera and even though it was being "overnighted" it would be there until Wednesday. At this point I asked for help from my parents because I really felt I was being disrespected for being a young adult. My mother asked if the car was drivable. The answer was yes. She said let him take the car and he can have the rest fixed in Winston-Salem. The Abra representative said he'd have to call USAA. My mom also called USAA (in the meantime we received a call back from the Abra person who clearly had not called USAA). The USAA adjuster told my mom that as long as the car was drivable, I could take it and have the last adjustments made in Winston-Salem. She called Abra to let them know. The Abra representative told the adjuster that I wanted to take it to a non-USAA approved body shop to get it fixed in Winston-Salem which is not allowed-- this was an out and out lie. I realize liaising with someone out of town is difficult, but I communicated throughout the process and your shop was not honest with me. Just so you understand, they were going to fix the problem by giving me a loaner which would mean I would have to bear the expense of driving 5 hours back to Winston-Salem only to take time off from classes AGAIN to drive 5 hours back to Atlanta to drive 5 hours back to Winston-Salem. Not to mention the plane flight I paid for to get there. If they had been honest, I could have flown in next Saturday (at a fraction of the price), picked up the car and driven home. This is just a brief overview of what went on, there are many more details I have left out about things like "well if it needs calibrating we can't do that here and that will take another day because it will be fixed too late to take it somewhere else to get it calibrated." That's not customer service. What I got was very poor treatment at best.
