10/10 for my technician Steven. The car was in great shape when I picked it up. Only thing to mention was that my driver's side tire was a bit low on air. It was like that when I dropped it off, but it would have been a nice touch to put a few psi in the tire. Anyways, not a big deal. The car looks great, the service was excellent and the turn time was fast. It was just something that struck me as an above-and-beyond opportunity.

The Abra employees were extremely professional , helpful, knowledgeable and courteous from my first phone call and my initial visit all the way through my check out. They had all the detailed information in order and a rental car waiting for me. It's actually rare that I come across such exceptional customer service. Nikki always let me know what stage of repair my car was in along with texts from Abra. She was prompt on getting me estimates for additional repairs. I don't know everyone's names but from the nice woman who worked up front to Nikki to the guys up front and in the back...thank you for such a great experience !
