Brought car home immediately following retrieval to find scratches on the roof, trunk, down side of car on NON affected side. It appears maybe car not wrapped or protectes during sandblast??? Bubble also found near headlamp clearly visible. Will be calling today to discuss with someone.

Outstanding Job!!
As finally got a chance to hand wash my car, I think the work that was done on my door was the best I have ever seen. Also, when I came to pick up my car the customer service was the best as well. Positive attitudes throughout the entire establishment. I WILL BE BACK!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful! I LOVE the text and email confirmations as well as the total involvement with followup. Then you washed and waxed and cleaned my car?!? I love this place if EVER I need another repair I am coming here first!

Had asked to have some additional work done to my vehicle outside the insurance claim and they failed to do it as requested. This created additional inconvenience as i don't live in the Front Royal area. Otherwise I was satisfied with the work and experience.
