Had to keep asking for a time line of when my car would be done. An exact date I understand isn't feasible but a reasonable time frame helps me schedule when I'll have my car back; it's important because I didn't have a car to rent while my car was in your shop.

The work done on the car was great but I get in my car and the computer had been disconnected so I have to go to a lot of work to figure out how to put a code in to get my stereo to work again. Would have been nice if they at least would've given us instructions on how to do this. They go to all the work of calling every day leaving messages and then you get in your car and you haven't been informed that your computer was disconnected, opportunity for a little bit better communication on this issue .

The estimate included 3 hours of labor but it necessitated 2 days in the shop. It was almost 4pm on first day, when I called to inquire about car status, that I learned a second day needed. I had assumed that the lack of contact that first day indicated it would be done that day. Wrong assumption on my part and this the disappointment . Also then had arrange use of a car for day 2. Oh well. I'll be less optimistic in the future.
