The team at Abra absolutely blew me away with their professionalism and speed while working on my car. Admittedly, I had forgotten about the appointment that I made and the folks at Abra gave me a call right away and made sure that everything was taken care of despite my blunder. I so appreciate their willingness and flexibility and will definitely consider Abra again the next time I need any body work done on my car.

The entire experience was quick and easy, and I was kept up to date on the status of my vehicle thru the whole process.

The customer service piece is PHENOMENAL. I was so impressed with the updates and communication. I was ready to recommend you to everyone I know. Unfortunately, when I picked up my car yesterday I noticed that the rubber piece over one of my windows had been torn. Disappointed no one noticed and fixed that. The guy at the shop said you guys would take care of it right away after he ordered the part. No problem. Then I got to the store and realized the inside panel of my back hatch isn't attached properly and pulls away from the car. There is also a huge scratch on the lower right door of the car that I am 95% sure wasn't there before I brought the car in. In othe words, you guys are taking so many steps to make sure your customers are happy and communicated with, and you're doing a phenomenal job, but all of that is erased when there is sloppy workmanship. I feel like no one took the time to thoroughly inspect my car before getting it back to me. Now I have to figure out another way to be without my car while these things are fixed. Except this time, I no longer have a rental car being paid for by my insurance company. Therefore, my overall experience at this point: disappointed.

I appreciated the call from Jeff the day before pickup to let me know it would be ready next day.

You guys were fabulous despite my insurance and the rental being a nightmare. The cherry on top was that you detailed the inside of my car! What a wonderful surprise!
