Tim took very good care of me and my car. Constant updates kept me reassured that thinks were on track. Everything I called everyone was friendly and knew what they were talking about. I had called the dealership and asked for tires, when we arrived a week later they did not put the tires on and ordered the wrong size and proceeded to blame me for the mistake. Not satisfied. The paint and body work looks perfect more than satisfied with the body work team and Tim.

Thank you Tim and your fellow employees for the work,it looks amazing! I had some body work done a few years ago from one of your competitors and it wasn't the quality of your workmanship. Brought truck in for body work and decided to have mechanical investigations done as well. Body work is spectacular. Awesome work, Tim! Service experience was pretty horrible. Had several issues that I wanted to be checked out and the headlight situation was fixed after $140 to change bulbs. However, I also wanted a possible vacuum leak checked out, which was not reproduced in shop. I hear sound constantly and was charged for this inspection. I brought this up with the one of the service individuals and was informed that if I did a job, I'd expect payment. This is true, if I carried out the job requested. I understand shop labor charges, but to be charged for an inspection that turned out to be "nothing", where I hear the issue at ease, is unacceptable. I'm fine with paying for a job completed, but nothing was done and the issue is still there. If I'm hired for a job, I get it done. I don't say it's done, when nothing has been done, and then charge for it. This was a pretty insulting experience, as I work pretty **** hard for my money. I'd be pretty insecure about asking for payment for a job left undone and then criticizing the client for payment. I'd be happy to pay for a positive result, but to be charged for an negative inspection that is clearly there is just unprofessional, especially with that attitude. Again, body work was awesome. Service was everything but par; from customer service to service work. If I have more body work needed, I'd definitely consider. If I need any mechanical issues serviced, I will definitely go elsewhere. Thank you, Erik U

The repair process was handled very professionally and efficiently. Everything looks great, but I have one area of concern. The right side of the tailgate almost touches the right-rear quarter panel. I don't think it will cause a problem though.

"job well done" doesn't say enough about my experience with John ****! It was above and beyond my expectations! From the very first phone call, Tim made me feel that he actually cared about me and my vehicle! At check out time, there was some confusion about the bill and Tim said, pay what you were told and I will deal with the insurance company. He also said "it's job to work with my customers, not against them". Kudos to John **** for empowering their people to make on the spots decisions and kudos to Tim for providing excellent customer service!
