Your team absolutely took care of me in the best fashion. After USAA wouldn’t complete my repairs in a fashion that would actually COMPLETE the repairs, your team stalled the completion time to allow me to have a vacation with my grandson down in Arizona, and be able to not be charged every day because of the rental and that sort of thing. Then when I got there to retrieve the vehicle on Saturday, I received assistance moving my stuff from the rental to my vehicle, and sent on my way. You guys were the absolute best when it came to making sure my entire vacation was actually a vacation, while USAA ensured I will have to have further repairs very very soon because they would only replace two tires on an all wheel drive vehicle. So for the first time they dropped the **** **** in 30 years, and you guys picked that **** up, dropped a shoulder and slammed it into the endzone without breaking a sweat. I super appreciate it, and will never forget it.

Spare tire was removed and left in truck bed. Monique was not pleasant to deal with on drop off.a little better on pick up. Tried multiple times to leave messages for call back. Was left on hold 20 minutes and when the phone was answered I was told I was forgotten.

Ron was great he got stuck with my claim after several other people and helped me out a lot getting the truck done fast and looking great
