I think the time that the repairs took was a little excessive. Considering the repairs were mailnly tasked out to outside shops, this was understandable.The updates throughout the process were helpful and informative. My dissatisfaction comes from when the car was returned to me with some issues that were unfixed and improperly fixed. Given that the car had undercarriage damage, it should be clear that there might be additional damages other than those specified from a walk around assessment. Within seconds of driving the car off the premisis, I noticed a rattle in the front left wheel. That this wasn't noticed during the test drive concerns me. Then, when I parked the car at my residence, I couldn't lock the door that had just been repaired. I'm pretty sure if I had just finished replacing a door lock, I would make sure it worked instead of just trusting my handiwork. Because of the time it took to complete the repairs, the rental car allowance from my insurance company was exhausted. Now that my car is back in the shop, I am without a car for at least the weekend.

I think the front end has issues, tires have vibration during turns. Will wait and see if it continues after I get new tires. Paint and body work appears to be done quite nicely. Ashley did a great job keeping me informed. Work was completed in a very timely fashion!
