The guy who did the first estimate was, in my opinion and by what actually got repaired, very lazy. I kept trying to point things out to him which he would respond with "nah it doesn't look bad. It'll be alright." I do not know about most people but that is not some thing you say to someone who got into an accident and waited over a month to get their car repaired. Also, the team did not seem receptive to me wanted to order specific parts for my car. That really disappointed me. The girl working with me, Her name was Ashley, always seemed to have a bad attitude. Not sure if that was just her personality or if she just needs to try to be more nice. At the end of the day my car is fixed at looks great. I was kept up to date on everything that was happening, but, unfortunately, due to bad customer service I will no longer use Abra for future repairs.
