Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Colorado Springs North

My repair took a month, yet every time I was called I was told "the on time repair"...whose time? Certainly not mine. I couldn't get a date from them to save my life. Every time I pressed for a date I was rather condescendingly told "well we are just trying to make your car safe", well obviously but a date would be nice. My car sat for a week before any work was done, but again I learned that from my paperwork not from any communication from a rep. I also learned my car was supposed to be completed 10/26, and yet it wasn't finished until 11/5. Also I was told on 10/26 that my car "was going into paint tonight, and we will follow up on Friday.", the follow up message on Friday was "your car is going on to paint tonight, I will follow up on Monday".... So my car sat again for week? That's what it sounds like. I made a car payment for a vehicle I wasn't able to drive for an entire month, and no one at your place seemed to care at the atrocious "customer service" I received or offered to make it right. Absolutely terrible.

World-class communication and updates.

Everything was exceptional. They worked with rental car company, insurance company, keep me up to date, made sure all was good and even cleaned up my car. Highly recommend and very happy!

Ernie and Pat were very helpful and thorough. While I was picking up my vehicle everyone was working hard. I didn't catch her name but the lady at the front desk was efficient and kind.
