My car came back in worse condition internally than when I started. Sure I have a new bumper but everything else sucked. My car went in running and now I can barely turn It on. They broke my radiator by stupidly driving my car even though I got it towed in and then tried to charge me for a tow they had to do after they broke my car and didn't even tell me about the charge until I called. Matt was super nice and helpful but everything else sucked.
