Great work and customer service.

I was not regularly texted and/or called to ve notified of my cars progress. When I would call to inquire about the status of my care the workers were rude and unhelpful. When the car was ready they did not even call me. At that point after working with me the entire time they chose to call my husband and leave a message on his cell phone. Abra was notified when the car was brought to them that my husband is away for Military training with no phone signal. Why they would only choose to leave a voicemail on my husbands phone after they were notified he would be unreachable, and after only communicating with me the entire time is beyond my comprehension. This was the least professional experience I have ever been a part of. If it wasn't for my amazing insurance adjuster I fully believe my car would still be in the shop and no where near done. The only clear information I was able to receive through the entire process was from my insurance adjuster and due to that I will never again employ or recommend Abra.

Matt kept me very informed and left detailed messages every step of the way.

We were quoted around $800 for the repair work, but when we picked up the car it cost almost $1200. We were not informed of the increased cost prior to picking up the car and our choosing ABRA was based on the original quote. Not good business practices in my opinion. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend ABRA in the future.

One think that I forgot to mention: the hail damage gone and my truck appeared stunning upon pick up.
