Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Thornton

The mobile glass repair never called back with quote for window regulator. Has to call Abra shop directly. Received quote from shop promptly but had to call several times to get part ordered and appt set up. When arrived to drop car off an employee had no idea I was at the front desk and was speaking about how they should cancel my appointment was rude about it until I announced I was the one she waa speaking of.

Bruce and Jamie, the customer facing team, were fantastic. I never thought I'd find a place that treats me as well as my VW dealership, but ABRA's team surpassed that experience, and that's saying a lot. They always made me feel like my satisfaction with their work was their top priority, and they were exceptionally busy. They made a rather unpleasant accident's aftermath a loy better than it could have been. I'm recommending ABRA to everyone I know!

I was promised to receive my car back on Monday, July 15th. Paintless dent removal on my door was not completed properly and there was an extra layer of paint on the corner of my rear bumber that needs to be sanded out. I was asked to come back on Thursday, July 18th and the issues would be rectified within **** hour while I wait. I visited the office only to be asked to come back on Wednesday, July 24th to fully fix my car. I am relocating to Germany as soon as I sell my car and waiting additional 10 days to have my car fixed is not helping me at all!! I need to get my car into perfect condition ASAP so I can sell it without reducing the price. Unfortunately this is my second time having issues with Abra body at Thornton,CO office. Excellent customer service, however the quality of the work that technicians do is extraordinarily poor!! Never seen them completing the job properly at once.
