The entire Abra team in Thonton was exceptional, from the time the vehicle went in to when it was finished. The updates and responsiveness provided by front desk is unmatched. The work was completed in a timely manner, staff and insurance reps were receptive to concerns and the completed work looks great. A specific thanks to Francesca, Kim, Jeff, Bob (tech) & Anna are due for truly going above and beyond their duties. Francesca is an excellent CSR, everything she said she would do she did. Kim & Jeff are both great manager's, each took the time to make sure I was happy with the service & process. Though my direct interaction with Bob & Anna was minimal. Bob's reputation as a wonderful technician preceded him & his work reflected it, Anna I know played a role in our truck being worked on & delivered back to us in surprising time. Thank you guys!

Your work is terrible, slow and unprofessional. I'm extremely upset and frustrated with you and your service. My truck was at your shop for over 3 weeks for minor damage and its has more damage now then it had when I brought it in. My bed is scuffed and had a dent, missing plastic plugs in doors and my clear bra was removed and put back on which now has bubbles. (Which voided my installation warranty with that company)

Geico was amazing to work with. On a scale **** to 10 it was an 11. I wasn’t driving my car when it was hit, a friend was, and the driver who hit him was great and reported it and geico was great in their response. The process was so easy and my Geico reps were fantastic w customer service. It actually makes me want to switch from usaa to geico. I commend Geico on the great customer service. I don’t often write reviews Good or bad but my experience deserved it. It was by far much easier than expected. Thanks to Andy Douglass and francehesca
