When I scheduled my appointment I asked for the bumper to be repaired and for back of the car to be buffed, multiple scratches, when I dropped car off, scratches were circled on the car, when Jason called Thur. with an update it was discussed, yesterday when I spoke with Jason yet again I asked about it and was assured it would be taken care of even though there was not a quote to read me yesterday. Jason once again said I will call you if it's not done. I called twice today and was told by the receptionist via Jason the car scratches had been buffed. When I arrived today it was NOT done, and was told oh I assumed it had been and some of these scratches are too deep (again we had discussed previously), paid out of pocket for a rental car 6 days and only the front bumper was repaired. I am a repeat customer and the lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction is disappointing and expensive.

It was great to see three companies providing different services, allied to see to our need.
