I was kept updated every couple of days. The work that was done looks great. They also washed and cleaned out my car which I didn't expect, so a special thanks there. I had been meaning to do that for a while so I know it wasn't a easy clean. Over all my experience was great and I would definitely recommend them and go back.

When I picked up my car one of my headlights brackets was busted. It was there for 2 weeks. I feel before someone calls to say the car is ready, they should check it out completely first.
Now it has to be re ordered and I will have to come back.
But I can say Jason was very kind. He has been great throughout this whole ordeal. Very informative. Answered all of my questions. Great guy!

Receiving emails about the process is a great system! I do like to know a little more detail during the process though.
It all worked out in the end, but I didn't actually get a call when I was told I would. Instead I got an email 2 days later. There was no way to call in. Again any communication is great, but sticking to what you say is also very important.
Overall, everything worked out well. My car looks great and Abra seemed to do a great job with the work!
