There are 2 tears on the clear bra that we're not there when I dropped the vehicle off. You don't have photos of that damage and it's not listed on the paperwork as previous damage. Did you think I wouldn't notice?

There was a lot of confusion about when I could pick up my car. When I drop the car off I was told it would be Friday or Saturday so I called on Friday to find out if the car was ready and they said no it would be Saturday then they said it would be Monday and I explained that I have plans on Saturday and I need to know if I'm going to cancel them and they assured me it would be Monday so I went ahead with my plants. So I'm out on Saturday with my friends I'm in Centennial which is an hour away I get a call at 11:30 that says my car is ready I should come pick it up and hurry cuz they close at new. I had Jason wait for me until 12:30 when I could get my car but I had to drop my plans stop everything that I was doing and rush to get back in time. This all could have been avoided if they hadn't kept changing when my car would be ready to pick up.
