They didn't completely tighten or clip in the new quarter panel. There was a somewhat gap between the two pieces which was noticeable to me immediately. The gentleman came out and pushed in on the area making sure to totally snap it into place. If I could tell it wasn't right, your auto body guys should have inspected it better before giving to their customer. I'm not trying to be critical but rather wanted to provide you with constructive criticism.
Your service and staff were excellent. Your front office staff was absolutely wonderful - extremely professional.
