Lack of communication was a but annoying and inconvenient but my car looks great minus the fact that they missed my scraped up rim that didn't get replaced, so now that's just one more thing to worry about but I'm happy with how my car looked after everything was over. The amount of time it took (****.5 months) was a little ridiculous but oh well...out of my control.

Ken was outstanding! I called because I was stuck in traffic and even stayed a little late so I could pick up my truck today. What a lifesaver! I would definitely do business with you guys again.

I have nothing but great things to say. I really did appreciate the updates everyday as to what status my vehicle was in. My vehicle was ready for pick up three days ahead of schedule. My car looked and drove better then even before the accident. ABRA's meticulous attention to detail left me breathless upon receiving my vehicle. I would definitely refer anyone that needs vehicle repairs to take the car to ABRA. Rick, Woody, Chris were very understanding to my military work schedule and kept me informed and involved in the process of getting me and my vehicle back quickly and safely. The whole staff was friendly and i was happy they were able to fit me in the schedule because at first they thought they were overbooked, i paid fifty more dollars than initial quote but it doesnt matter because im so pleased with the results!

The car looks fine. I am not dissatisfied with the work that was done. I am dissatisfied,however,with the lack of consistant status updates on my vehicle. Especially when your claim is that you contact a customer every few days to update them. I was contacted once in 8 days. I called in twice within that time to get updates.and left several messages for my representative of which none were returned. I was notified on Friday that my car may be ready on Saturday, however, I was not given a specific time to come and pick it up. Nor was I notified that the office closes at noon on Saturday. I was not contacted on Saturday morning that the car actually was ready. I called the office to check on its availability only to find that the office closes at 1200 so had to rush over to pick up the car and turn in my rental car. Had I been contacted Saturday morning that the car was ready for me to pick up and at the office closed at noon, I would have planned accordingly.

Byron was wonderful. The women at the front could definitely go for some customer service training. & Rick, the new GM is the biggest **** I have ever had to deal with. He was rude, treated me bad because I am a woman & my husband was in the field so he had no choice but to work with me. His manners are absolutely reprehensible & he should definitely be retrained in customer service & sexism. I will be reporting him to FT. Carson for his behavior & I will also pursue getting his ABRA location black listed from the Army. Maybe once you have no military clientele you'll think twice about hiring such a pompous ****.
