I would suggest an initial 1st phone call after drop off, instead of a text, but the texts were helpful throughout the process.

I received my car back strongly leaking coolent. It appears my radiator hose is now leaking. Which is near the bumper. The dash notification came on shortly after leaving your shop (A block away). When I left my vehicle I never once had a notification, or lost heat, or left puddles of fluid. When I took my car basically immediately back I was told there is nothing but bad luck. I’m failing to see how there is zero correlation. There’s even notes of recorded labor for head lamps and bumper. Two parts that are very near my radiator hose that appears to be leaking. Had I have been given the option... repair cosmetic damage, or to possibly overheating and damaging my engine, I definitely would have avoided this repair in your shop and stuck with cosmetic damage. At the very least, if there was any quality inspection of work they could have noticed the issue and fluid.

I felt like the repair took an excessively long time. I am upset that I had to call to find out when my car would be ready and the date kept getting pushed back.

I have done business with ABRA twice over a 6 month period. When I showed up the second time not only did Ryan recognize me, but he also commented on how I was just there for basically the same damage to my car and what a bummer it was. My insurance company is Geico and going through their Auto Express option with ABRA makes the entire process extremely fast, easy, and convenient. Both my Geico rep (Jennifer) and ABRA rep (Nick) kept in touch with me frequently and assured me they were on top of it. Both times upon pickup my car has looked perfect and was returned to me cleaner than I left it.

Matt gave me excellent updates every two days from start to finish. Professional and courteous which gave me a great feeling my truck was in good hands. Front end damage but it came out looking brand new. I would recommend this shop in the future.
