Better experience than what I herd I would get... my only 2 areas that need improvement is communication to the customer. I spoke with one of the reps on last Friday and they said should be done today or Monday and we will call you. I did not get my car back until Wednesday (called about compleation at 415ish Tuesday late afternoon). I am happy the took the little extra time to complete the work correctly but an update on Monday when they knew the job would not complete Monday and a ETA would
Have been appreciated. The other let down is I requested a quote for other work needed on my car and I never received anything on it. Oh well their loss of business.

I was very happy that Ron called me at least once or twice a week to update me on the progress of my car. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful I was very pleased with my experience. The appearance of my car when I picked it up was also very exceptional and I Appreciated that as well. Ron also kept me apprised of the additional parts that had to be ordered and that was very comforting as I wasn't sure how much damage there was besides the bumpers. All in all it was great.
