5 days estimated, 15 required. Sharing a car for that length of time impacted our businesses as well as our son's schooling. There was weeks between the estimate and when the work started that parts could have been gathered and made ready for repairs the day we brought the car in. I was told a few times throughout the process that it was "almost" done and that I should have it the next day. The day that it actually was ready I didn't get a phone call until after 5 letting me know that it had been ready. I actually called early that morning and didn't get a call back until it was too late to pick up.

Very well organized company and communicating very well. Keeping us posted regularly. The work was thoroughly done and car came back very clean. Polite and engaging staff. It is the second time that we make a very good experience with Abra Longmont, CO. I think the well balanced gender staff also plays a big role in a good functioning company.

Your auto texts are useless. They don't tell the customer anything. Christian called me, or I wouldn't have known anything.

When I went to pick up my car there were two items that still had not been completed. The headrests had not been reset and also the blind spot warning system had not been reset. I do not live in town and had driven in to pick up my car, waited for 40 minutes while they figured out what to do then had to drive back home in my rental car. I was very frustrated that they did not check ALL of the systems before calling me to say that the car was ready.

Updates not helpful - would have preferred what stage and timeline for completion over my car is happy there. One is more useful. Received a call at 4:39 for my car to be completed and picked up at 5:00. I had called in the morning and was told my car would not be ready until Monday. Exciting as I would prefer to have my own car for the weekend, but I was already on the road out of town, as I had told the person I spoke with in the morning. I had to turn around and come back to Longmont to pick up.

My only issue is that I wasn't well informed of what was happening and what needed to be fixed. I even called Christian and left a message but I did not get a reply. The repairs look great and we are very happy with how the car looks. I just wish we had been better informed on what was broken and needing fixed since we weren't sure what all had been damaged.

You were very professional and I'm sorry you have customers who are entitled middle class pricks that make your job harder. Material things can be replaced just like you did my vehicle it's as nothing happened.
