I was very **** about taking my Mercedes to a non Mercedes auto body shop but, the wait for Mercedes was 4 weeks to bring it in!!! I brought it into Abra, did not initialize the non-own parts, (I only wanted Mercedes) and it was great!! The parts were all own, (I checked), the updates an phone calls about the progress of my car were great too!! The service and personal care was a good as any Mercedes auto body shop could give. I felt pampered!!
