Chris did an amazing job at keeping me informed on how my car was doing and I never felt out of touch with the progress. The front desk lady that was there when I dropped off my car and picked it up could be more friendly. She came across irritated that I was there and seemed to not enjoy her job very much. I'm excited that I have my car back though and am glad it looks new again!
