We needed an estimate and repair of our 2009 Honda Civic passenger side rear view mirror. USAA provided us their preferred providers. Krista Dorman at Abra in Lakewood, CO was exceptionally courteous and scheduled us for an estimate within 10 days of our accident ...far sooner than the other provider. When we arrived for our appointment March 6, Joshua Romero completed the estimate, explained the process and ordered the new mirror within 15 minutes. He scheduled us for the repair the following Monday, March 11 and it was completed within 20 minutes. Some of the best service I've received. They get a 10++ on all aspects of the transaction. The communication was great. The only thing that was a little bit disappointing was when I went to pick up the car. There is a very small LED lightbulb loose in the rear bumper. And now every time I turn on and turn off the car I have an alert. Other than that, the service was great, and the consistent communication was much appreciated.
