Excellent service!!!!

The ONLY issue I had is with the person who made my appointment (and I am assuming he is also the person who was working the desk when I dropped off the car). When I made the appointment, I explained to him I would have to drop the car off the night before because I had to travel for work the next day. He did not want to accommodate this, was VERY sarcastic, and told me to use the drop box. When I actually dropped off the car, I went in to make sure I had it parked in an appropriate space. Again, I’m assuming this was the same man, but he was upset with me for bringing the car in the day before, because he had to find someone to check the car in. That is why I had explained my situation when the appointment was made, and was assured only the drop box was needed. He was not helpful, not friendly and not kind Every other part of my experience with you was top notch!

The Jeep looks good

I was aware of the daily activities of the repair on my truck. When it was completed, I was completely satisfied with the work done and the way I was treated. This is my second visit to this Abra and both times I was please with the work and the way I was treated throughout the process.

Mike was great and the car looks as good as new.

The team was great!! I loved getting the daily updates on how the work was progressing. Everyone I worked with was very professional and courteous. The final product was a job well done! Much appreciation to all that helped make it happen!

I am totally satisfied with the repairs today. Because of the nature of these repairs, it is too early to tell whether there will be issues forward, so, we hope for the best.

Amy was absolutely amazing and communicated with me the entire time my vehicle was in the care of Abra. I was given a time frame of 3.5 weeks and they finished a week early, which was greatly appreciated! Ya'll did a phenomenal job with my vehicle, customer service was exceptional and I'll be sure to send family and friends that way if there is ever a need.

Good regular communication on the progress. I wasn't completely happy with the results, and they quickly made the adjustments to remedy the situation.

Amy Bohn and Kim the manager were awesome. I've unfortunelty given Abra alot of business and I would never go anywhere else for repair. Amy handels all USAA insurance and she deserves to be recognized as an excellent employee.
