The drivers side rear fender flare folds under when pressed on and there is a huge gap between the flare and the quarter panel. I was told the that no two cars are the same it is just how manufacturing works, and that is the best they can do because the pieces just snap together with plastic.

The only issue I have is . There was a chip in the left driver rear quarter panel that I asked it be repaired but they just filled it with touch up paint. That's fine but I sure would had liked it fixed properly. Ot by er then that they where hard to get a hold of. I understand though. They have a s.all office staff. Would have appreciated a vacum and maybe car wash. But again that's ok.

When a vehicle gets vacuumed at the end, they don’t vacuum the whole vehicle. My vehicle had visible things on the floor in several areas. Please don’t misunderstand, I think it’s wonderful you do that device for your customers. I just think that if you’re going to do it, do it well. The front desk girl isn’t very personable, but other than that- it was great.

I have trusted Preston Autobody for several previous repairs to this and other vehicles over the years. Not once have I been disappointed and this repair reinforces why I keep coming back to Preston. The autobody and service depts. at multiple locations have always been good.( especially GMC and Honda) now if we can just get the sales side in order ( had a really bad experience a few years ago, swore I would never go back because bad salesman and lying sales manager) we would be on to something.

Arsenio gave an estimate within 5 minutes of arriving at collision center. They handled rental from Enterprise. Repairs completed within an acceptable time frame. Entire experience rated an A+.
