The insurance claim paperwork was not submitted. The rental car was not booked & approved. The repair took 8 days for 10 hrs of labor. Communication was poor. The car looks very good. Everything else was terrible

Upon bringing my vehicle back to Preston motors to finish repairs, the work that was fixed was certainly an improvement. We had a rather interesting conversation with Ron that I expect he will correct for the future with both himself and the staff to open better communication with all parties involved. After hearing my side and demand of respect (which I should not have had to explain myself, or demand) Ron understood my viewpoint and insured that the work was done and fully explained his perspective. All in all I appreciate the work that Preston motors completed and hope that my input to Ron was taken as a learning experience to reach further growth and not a personal attack.

I'm not sure you can, my car was supposedly ready 3 times and everything there was something messed up, everything was new and should've fit perfectly and everything was obvious I don't know how they could be proud of that work

Not happy about the used headlights, they are scratched, I understand the insurance authorized used parts so not necessarily blaming you. The old well besides being broken where scratch free . Before i got home with car after repair the low tire pressure light was on and check engine light was on . Took it in for repairs again at preston they replaced the intake, valve cover and crankshaft seal, 20 miles later check engine light back on after spending another 1200 dollars. Took it back again wendsday they said it was fixed once again and 20 miles later check engine light is back on again and car runs poorly, it’s sunday so will have to wait till tomorrow to call , this was a certified car we bought with 9000 miles currently has 60,000 every single oil change/ maintenance has been done on time at preston
