When we arrived to pick up my truck we noticed immediately that there was rubbing compound splashed all over the side of the truck that was repaired and driver side window. It was obvious that the person in charge did not even look at the truck because the rubbing compound was everywhere especially noticeable on the window. My husband and I spent several hours cleaning it off.

The staff do not answer the telephone or respond to voice mails within a reasonable time frame. This makes it difficult to assess progress of the repairs and how long you will need to rent a vehicle. For example they informed me they usually only respond once per week on Tuesday’s.
I think it would be helpful if they developed a information list regarding the process and gave it to customers and emailed it to them so they know what to expect in terms of communication.

As always Preston AB is only shop I will let touch my vehicles. Ron and Tony are great, treat it like it was their own car. Never an issue, car perfectly clean, damage full repaired, color matched perfect. They communicate well keeping me updated. The Preston body shop is the real deal.
