The auto rental was/is a complete nightmare. The rate quoted was not at all what was invoiced and they charged auto insurance for the vehicle when we already obviously have insurance. ABRA was irresponsible and negligent in ensuring that they took care of their customer and now we are considering legal actions. Now that we know what kind of unfair behavior to expect we definitely won't have this problem in the future and hopefully be better informed as to our selections. Truly reprehensible.
