I would like to leave a comment about your Employee Mike at the ham lake, mn location, off of 65 and bunker. He is an absolute asset to your company. He was helpful, nice and went above and beyond what I expected from him. He made what was a horrible situation (my cars condition) into an experience that made everything ten times easier. Give him a raise, a bonus, something. Not just a pat on the back. He deserves it!

ABRA has done a great job, this may be outside of ABRA's control, however, I was not particularly impressed with Enterprise, the car rental company. They did not provide a full size rental car as requested. A tiny little buggy car was given to me with the promise that a full sized car will be delivered to me no later than noon. Ended up no body follow through, I have to call Enterprise later in the afternoon, and personally drove to the Enterprise to swap the car. The 2nd shift does not appear to even know this until I request him to follow thru.
