My experience with your service was very professional and very personal in takng care of the customer. I was very impress with my first contact over the phone conversation in getting set up to drop my car off. The step by step Information given when I dropped the car off was very helpful and a sense of trust was built through the conversation as I felt everything would be taken care of. The courteous rental vehicle is such an excellent convenient feature that makes it a memorable experience. When I first got into the rental, it had a lot of bird poop on it. I came inside to let the young Lady at the front desk know, she quickly responded and said I will have someone to clean it for you and that the birds had a field day over the weekend. I praise your wonderful staff members that definitely work together as a team. The professional emails letting you know how far along or percentage that's been taking care on your car is a great reminder. I picked up my car and I was very please of the excellent work you did on it. In fact, I have a before and After picture. I will definitely give your Body Shop an excellent referral to all my friends. Thanks so much for the enjoyable experience. (Teresa P
