My 2nd time and I was again blown away by the service. Not only was my vehicle fixed and looked brand new, but you washed and detailed it. Amazing!

I feel as though I did not get the adequate customer service that I deserved from the adjuster and he counted on the email updates instead of picking up the phone and talking to me. In the end he was pressed for time due to the weekend and could not wait to deliver my car to me. It took me 20 minutes to get there and I had said that I would be there in 30 minutes and he was gone. When I inspected the car repairs, all seems fine. In the trunk, my cover curtain is missing. Apparently, they removed it to replace the right back passenger door. I have had two other collision repairs done with Team Toyota of Langhorne, Pa and it has been a pleasure. This time not so much. Sorry, your customer service has brought me back every time. Whether it is an oil change or major work done, you are a five star business. This time, it was just unfortunate. Thank you, Julia C. My car looks brand new and I was pleasantly surprised to see my interior was fully detailed! The whole experience with Toyota was great and the staff was very accommodating.

Tom Cashin was extremely professional and did an excellent job on the repairs of my Toyota RAV4. He completed the work in a time efficient manner and customer service kept me posted on a daily basis. I am extremely grateful to Team Toyota Collision repair for putting me at ease, amid a very stressful situation. Antenna was missing when I picked up car last week. I was notified this Tuesday that it was finally found. I hope to return tomorrow Friday Many 31st to have it installed. we were told that car had been washed but it wasn't. I had to use compound to remove some smudge marks. Repairs were good. DANIEL M
