My car was fixed and everything is good. But I when I called to bring my car in I had requested that my car also get its 5000 mile service. But I found it wasn't serviced when I brought it home. I specifically wanted to schedule the two to be done at the same time because I work most days and now I'm going to have to figure out another time to bring it in for service. Which is very inconvenient

Never received updates via voice message. I received a
text message today stating my car was finished. I don't understand
how I could get a text message if the phone number on file
was incorrect. I had to call and confirm that my car was actually finished.
