Was told my car would be done by 2 on the day that I was going to be getting it back and when I called to say I was coming they said it wouldn't be ready till 5:30 when I had already told them that I needed to get it before 5 because I had things going on after 5 p.m. got charged for an extra day on use of the rental car because they told the insurance company that it would be done by 5:30 and I had to have it picked up by then. Then when I picked up my car, my windshield which was not cracked when I brought it in with now cracked and rap said that it was due to a stone that was probably in there before they had my car and just cracked now. The likelihood is that for the two and a half weeks they had it during multiple snowfalls, one of their snowblower is probably through a stone into it because there was no stone in it before and there were no notes and the case that said there was a stone in the windshield which the rep said he would have written down if that was the case. But he had no such notes and he had no pictures of a stone in the windshield but he still took no responsibility to pay for the broken windshield. Poor poor poor customer service. I will never return to ABRA and I have made a point to let all my friends know never to go to Abra

Awesome service!

Enjoyed getting text messages with updates on how the repair was going. My only feedback would be to try and give a better estimate of how many days you would take to repair the car. When I brought my car in I was told they had no idea how long it would take to repair the car.
