Some areas of the car were not repair and the brand new cover for the tire was missing. Not please with the service

The repairs seem fine, but the process and lack of communication was very frustrating. Emails kept coming with (what turned out to be) inaccurate information. Promised text messages and phone calls on the status never arrived. Not nearly the seamless experience that was touted.

Everything was handled seamlessly and the work was performed professionally. My car now looks like nothing ever happened. While insurance (of the driver who's car hit mine) paid for everything and it didn't cost me anything, the cost of the repair was very high compared with other estimates I got before coming to Toyota.

I had 3 estimates done for my new car once I had the accident. Each estimate had the left rear quarter panel and wheel being replaced. The estimates ranged from 1500 to 2000 dollars. I used team Toyota because you fixed my last front end accident and did outstanding when I went thru my insurance carrier NJ Manufacturers. With this accident I went through the other insurance of the guy who hit me GEICO. Buffed out for 100 dollars and done. I can't help but feel something is not right and I wish I would have gone thru NJM. Although Angel tried to explain things to me I still feel my new car which I purchased from Team Toyota was not fixed properly. I don't understand how three places I went to for estimates said that the area needed to be replaced and GEICO just buffed it out and that was it. I guess GEICO does things in the cheap. So I learned a valuable lesson here. Go thru your insurance always since they look out for your best interest and would have fixed the car as the initial three estimates said. Live and learn

A job that only takes 2 days to complete was estimated to take 4 days. As a result it appeared as though the job was done ahead of schedule (it was done after 3 days), when it could have actually been much faster. I don't call that prompt service.
