From the beginning the experience was great. Very friendly, had all the paperwork in order, was in constant contact with updates to what was being done and when it would be finished. Upon picking my vehicle up the check engine light came and it had never been on before. I called them and took it in and they fixed the problem no questions asked and were extremely accommodating. Vehicle is running great.

I’m so happy with my experience at Zamora’s! The staff was super friendly and helpful, I even accidentally came in to drop my car off on the wrong date and they were able to take my car in anyways and I had my car back the next day. Thank you!

Everything was good except my hood wasnt closed and I didn’t think to check the hood since I only had rear end damage. It wasn’t noticed until I was driving on I-70 and had to pull over to the side.

There were scratches that were suppose to be taken care of and they weren't. I was invited to bring the car back in on Froday, which I will, but I kinda thought it should have been taken care of while they had it for three days.
Otherwise, e:everything else looks great and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Make sure the people driving the cars aren’t ripping them around when moving them. I noticed my oil temperature was at operating temperature so either it was sitting on for a while or someone drove it relatively hard before it warmed up. I don’t mind too much, just for future reference.
