Thank you for the great work on repairing my car. We have always used your service in the past and have been satisfied. I appreciate all the status calls and professionalism displayed by Jermery. The office staff are all courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. I was very pleased with Enterprise, both Collin and Michael went out of the way in working with the insurance company to get me in a comparable car, although USAA would not approve it, they put me in an AWD at a reduced rate due to the inclement weather and I truly appreciate that. Thank you everyone!

Hi! I was told to come pick up my car today. Upon inspection the window panel was scratched requiring a new one to be ordered.
Multiple bubbles in the clear coat, a spot of glue or something that was not able to be removed.
So, a new part needs ordered, the vehicle needs repainted in multiple areas.
So, it was a fire drill I spent an hour on the road with kids in tow trying to make it there only to spend another 30 min to find out I was leaving the vehicle there in the end.
I guess moral of the story is don’t rush it if it’s not ready. I would have happily waited until the estimated date of 11/15 if it was done right.
