Everyone there was very kind, and kept me informed of the progress of my car during the 2 weeks that they had it. I did notice 2 small dents above my gas cap on the rear driver's side (which I had not noticed before...and was in the area of where my car was hit...hence it being there to be fixed). I spoke with the Enterprise representative...and he said it was probably caused by hail or something. He told me that I could contact you all if I wanted to take care of it on my own. Other than that...you all were so amazing!!! I will share with friends and family how happy I was with your company, and your extremely professional customer service. Thank you so very much for everything!

Everyone in the office was friendly, efficient , professional & helpful! The person who looked after my vehicle, Herbert **** was thorough, efficient , professional & pleasant.
